The meeting was called to order at 11 :30 to consider the
following request:
Board of Adjustment
City Hall
Sanford, FL 32771
Gentlemen:
• I am submitting the following information for your con-
sideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as
it pertains to Side and Front yard setback requirements in
MR -2 zoned district.
Legal description WZ of Lot 2 and all Lot 3, Blk 35, M.W. Clark's
Subdivision.
Property location 1202 W. 12th St. The planned use of the property
is open carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion, Mr. Philips moved to grant the variance with
the condition that it never be enclosed, and provision made for
all wated to be retain 3 on the property. Mr. Blair seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
