The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.
Board of Adjustment
City Hall
Sanford, Florida.
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
side yard setback requirements in MR -1 Zoned District.
Legal description Lot 4, Wellington's Addition.
• Property location 1410 Magnolia Ave.
The planned use of the property is open carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion, Mr. Karns moved to grant the variance, with the
stipulation that be an open carport only, and the roof be guttered
to eliminate water on adjacent property. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
