BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following requests.
The first letter submitted:

Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
rear yard setback requirements in MR -1 zoned district.
Legal description Lot 30, Blk A, Woodmere Terrace, Sec. 1, PB 19
• Pg 92 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
Property location 2548 Clairmont Avenue.
The planned use of the property is screen porch addition.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

The same letter was submitted with the following legal description:
Lot 32, Blk A, Woodmere Tereace, Sec. 1, PB 19, Pg 92 of the Public
Records of Seminole County.
Signed: Mary J. Harkey Meyer, Owner
The letters were represented by Mrs. Mary J. Harkey Meyer and it
was determined that a variance of 10' is needed for the screen
enclosure.
Mr. White moved to grant the variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion
carried.

The next item for consideration was the following letter submitted:

Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration

to side yard setback requirements in MR -1 Zoned District.
Legal description Lots 1 & 2, Blk 19, Pine Level Subdivision,
PB 6, Pages 36 & 37, Seminole County, Florida.
Property location Persimmon Avenue.
The planned use of the property is two single family dwellings.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

It was determined that in order to build the single family
residences, a 22' variance is needed to meet the setback re-
quirements. Mr. White moved to grant the variance, Mr. Blair
seconded. Motion carried.
