BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
March 23, 1979

The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following requests.
The first letter submitted:

Sanford, FL 32771
Gentlemen;
• I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
rear yard setback requirements in GC -2 Zoned District.
Legal description beginning at a point 329.4 ft. north and 25' west
of the intersection of the center line at First St. & Holly Ave.
run north 250' west 125' south 250' and east 125' to the point of
beginning.
Property location corner of Coiiiniercial and Holly Avenue.
The planned use of the property is addition to existing moving
and storage warehouse. (Adams Storage & Warehouse.)
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Adams and LeRoy Robb were present to represent the request.
After discussion of the plan presented it was determined that a
14.7' variance is needed for the addition. Mr. White moved to
grant the variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.

Legal description Lots 5 & 6, Blk 4, First Section, Marvania,
PB 4, Pg 100, Seminole County.
Property location 205 Scott Ave.
The planned use of the property is utility and garage addition
to S/F residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Carroll was present to represent the request. After dis-
cussion it was determined he needed a 3Z' variance for the
addition and stated the neighbors have no objection. Mr. White
moved to grant the variance. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
