The Board of Adjustment met at 11 :30 A.M. to discuss the following
request:
Bbard of Adjustment
City Hall
Sanford, Florida
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
• structure height requirements in MI -2 Zoned District.
Legal description E. 360.84' of Blk 79, M.M. Smith's Subd. PB 1,
Pg 55.
Property location 2530 Jewett Lane.
The planned use of the property is addition to existing building.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

The request was represented by LeRoy Robb and Chip Jackson, owner.
After discussion, Mr. Karns moved to approve the variance of 14' to
erect the structure to house equipment for Southland Corporation.
Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
