Philips The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL Gentlemen, I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to lot coverage requirements in GC -2 Zoned District. Legal description, Lots 1,2, 6 & 7 and N. 50' of Lot 3, Blk 13, Tier 9, E.R. Trafford's. • Property location 1100 French Ave. The planned use of the property is addition to furniture store. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: A. K. Shoemaker for Hugh Greer (Owner) Mr. Joe Denison, representing Shoemaker Construction was present to represent the request and discuss the plan. It was determined that an 8% variance is needed on lot coverage requirements. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the request. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
