The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:

Sanford, FL
Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
lot coverage requirements in GC -2 Zoned District.
Legal description, Lots 1,2, 6 & 7 and N. 50' of Lot 3, Blk 13,
Tier 9, E.R. Trafford's.
• Property location 1100 French Ave.
The planned use of the property is addition to furniture store.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Joe Denison, representing Shoemaker Construction was present
to represent the request and discuss the plan. It was determined
that an 8% variance is needed on lot coverage requirements. After
discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the request. Mr. Blair
seconded. Motion carried.

411 Mr. Dansburger was present to request the 4 ' variance neede for
the front yard setback. After discussion, Mr. White moved to
grant the variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
