The Board of Adjustment met to discuss the following request:

Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
1 • minimum lot width requirements in MR -2 Zoned District.
Legal description W. 90' of E. 1812 ' of S. 139' Blk 7, Tier 13,
Town of Sanford, PB 1, Pg 112.
Property location N. side 6th St. between Pecan & Poplar.
The planned use of the property is multi - family quadples (four
2- bedroom apartments)
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

The plans indicated the proper setback requirements can be met but
a 10' variance was needed to meet the 100' lot width requirement.
Mr. Karns moved to approve the request. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was ad'ourned.
