Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment met at a regularly scheduled meeting to
review the following request. The following letter was submitted:

Sanford, FL
Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
S in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
corner yard setback requirements in MR -1 zoned district.
Legal description, Seminole Park, Lot 12, Blk 9, Tr 15, located
at 1200 W. 8th St.
The planned use of the property is for an addition to S/F residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: Sarah Mae Bass, Owner
Mrs. Bass was present to request the 10' variance needed and offered
a photo and drawing of the proposed addition. After discussion,
Mr. Karns moved to grant the variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
