Board of Adjustment
June 23, 1978

The Board of Adjustment met in the Commission Room for a
regular scheduled meeting to consider the following letter:

Sanford, Florida
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
side yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned District.
Legal description, Lot 2, Blk F, Unit II, Country Club Manor.
• Property location 114 Anderson Circle. The planned use of the
property is a screened porch.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

It was determined that Mr. Smith needs a 3' 8" variance, and
he submitted a letter from the adjoining property owner stating
he has no objection to the variance. After discussion, Mr. White
moved to approve. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
The next letter submitted:

The planned use of the property is a carport. (storage for boat)

Mr. Meiser was present to represent the request and after dis-
cussion Mr. White moved to grant the variance with the condition
that it never be enclosed, but remain an open carport. Mr. Blair
seconded. Motion carried. (grant an 8' ft. variance. )
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
