Philips The Board of Adjustment met in the Commission Room for a regular scheduled meeting to consider the following letter: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned District. Legal description, Lot 2, Blk F, Unit II, Country Club Manor. • Property location 114 Anderson Circle. The planned use of the property is a screened porch. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Virgil H. Smith, Owner It was determined that Mr. Smith needs a 3' 8" variance, and he submitted a letter from the adjoining property owner stating he has no objection to the variance. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried. The next letter submitted: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida Gentlemen, I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to 111 side yard setback requirements in SR-1A Zoned District. Legal description, Lot 2, Blk 7, San Lanta. Property location, 1503 Sanford Ave. The planned use of the property is a carport. Meiser , Owner Mr. Meiser was present to represent the request and after dis- cussion Mr. White moved to grant the variance with the condition that it never be enclosed, but remain an open carport.
