The Board of Adjustment to consider the following request:

City Hall
Sanford, Florida
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
side yard setback requirements in GC -2 Zoned District.
Legal description all Block 7, Tier 10, E.R. Trafford's.
Property location 500 Maple Ave.
• The planned use of the property is lumber storage building
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

The proponent was present and after discussion on the 10' variance
needed, Mr. White moved to grant the variance. Mr. Perkins seconded.
Motion carried.
The tabled item from last meeting, May 26, 1978, was denied because of
lack of representation, and no plans for the request.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
