Philips Larry Blair Others Present: Bill Braceland, Building Official The meeting was opened by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration • in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side yard setback requirements in GC -2 Zoned District. Legal description, Lots 3 & 4, (less E. 588 ft. + N. 25 ft. of Lot 3,)amended Plat of Druid Park. Property location, 2711 Orlando Drive. The planned :use of the property is for a parts storage building. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Kondraki & Sons Mr. Kondraki was present to represent the request for a 5' variance, for a metal building to store parts from the cars he has parked in the open at present, so they can be removed from the front of the business. After discussion and looking at the type building pro- posed, Mr. White moved to approve the request Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried. Legal description, Lot 3, Replat, Lot A, Highland Park. Property located at 2015 Coronado Concourse. The planned use of the property is a garage addition to single family residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Richard P. McGuire Owner Mr. McGuire was present to represent the request and discuss the 2' variance needed on the southwest property line. After dis- cussion, Mr. White moved to grant the request.
