The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:
Board of Adjustment
City Hall
Sanford, Florida
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
side yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned District.
L egal description, Lots 11 & 12, Blk 9, Palm Terrace.
Property location Yale Ave. between 25th St. & 25th Place.
The planned use of the is for two single family residences.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

The request was for a 1' 8" variance for each lot. After dis-
cussion Mr. White moved to grant the variance, providing each
property handle it's own water flow. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion
carried.
Mr. Knowles was present to discuss the previous action of the Board
regarding Mr. Forrest Foggin's request to build to the rear property
line at 1910 French Ave. The Board reviewed the request and agreed
to consider granting the request providing Mr. Foggin furnish the
City with the following:
1. A written statement from Mr. Foggin to the effect that
he will purchase the lot to the rear of his property in 1978
as represented to the Board, and
111 2. Written statement from the property owner of the lot to
the rear of his property that the owner will sell that lot
to him in 1978.
Mr. White moved to grant the requested variance when these two doc-
uments are received. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
