The Board met to consider the following request. The following
letter was submitted for consideration:

Sanford, FL 32771
Gentlemen;
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
• in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
front and side corner yard setback requirements in RMOI zoned
district.
Legal description Block 7, Tier 3, Town of Sanford, E.R. Trafford's
Map, Plat Book 1, Pages 56 to 64.
Property location between 5th & 6th and between Magnolia and Park.
The planned use of the property is Maximum Ministries Center.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Discussion showed that a O'setback is needed on the south and a 5'
setback needed on the east. Motion to grant the variance by Mr.
White, seconded by Mr. Blair. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
