Larry Blair Garnett White Members Absent: Bob Karns The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following applications. The following letter was submitted: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to • front yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned District. Legal description, Country Club Manor, Unit I, Lot 3, Blk G. Property location 103 Anderson Circle. The planned use of the property is addition of garage. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Harold Lee Johnson, Jr. (Owner) It was determined that a 10 ft. variance was needed for the proposed garage. After discussion Mr. White moved to grant the variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried. The next request was represented by Mr. Herbert Figley and the following letter: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida Gentlemen: • I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned District. Legal description Lot 40, Twenty -West Subdivision. Property location 2211 E. Mitch Ct. The planned use of the property is an 11' x 22' carport Board of Adjustment - Oct. 14, 1977 - 11:30 A.M. Figley -Owner After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant the 10 ft. variance needed, with the provision that the carport will not be en- closed at a later date. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
