The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.
The following letter was presented for consideration:

City Hall
Sanford, Florida
Gentlemen:
110 I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
front yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned District.
Legal description, Lot 17, less the N 7' thereof, Blk 2, Bel Air.
Property location: 1200 Crescent St.
The planned use of the property is for enclosed garage.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. David Vincent was present to represent the request, and it
was shown he needed a 10 ft. variance to build to the plan, and
after discussion Mr. Phillips moved to grant the variance, Mr. Hlair
seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
