Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following
request. The following letter was submitted:

Sanford, FL
Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains
to side and front yard setback requirements in SR -1 Zoned
District in Lot 1, Blk B, Country Club Manor, Unit 1.
Being more specifically described as located at 106 Country
Club Circle.
Planned use of the property is a screened patio.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Capps was present to offer a letter from an adjacent property
owner, as follows:
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We, Colin B. Sayer and Ruth E. Sayer being owners of the
property, Lot 12, Blk B, Country Club Manor, 104 Country
Club Circle, Sanford, Florida 32771, do hereby give our
approval to Mr. Roy Capp, 106 Country Club Circle, Sanford,
Florida 32771, to use 42 ft. of his 72 ft. easement from
our property line for construction of a patio.
It is understood that the said patio will be entirely on his
property.

Discussion and drawings of the proposed patio revealed
that a four -ft. front yard variance was needed and a
graduated z ft. to 4 -ft. variance on the side.
Mr. White moved to approve the variance, providing the
graduated variance be adhered to, and the water controlled
to stay on Mr. Capp's property. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
