The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:
City Hall -Board of Adjustment
Sanford, FL
Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information
our consideration for

requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
side and front yard setback requirements in SR -1 zoned district
in Lot 1, Blk B, Country Club Manor, Unit 1. Property location
• 106 Country Club Circle. The planned use of the property is for
a screened patio.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Capps was present to represent his request and explain that
in order to build to his plan he needed a 3 -ft variance on the
front and a 4 -ft. variance on the side. Mrs. Georgia Frazier
was present and stated that she had no objection, owning adjoining
property at 107 Country Club Circle.
The meeting was adjourned as no decisions could be made without a
quorum, and the application will be considered at the next meeting,
July 22, 1977 at 11:30 A.M.
