The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for y our consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
. front yard setback requirements in GC -2 Zoned District.
Legal description Lots 9 &10, Block 10, Tier 10, A.C. Martin's
Addition, located at 750 W. 9th St.
The planned use of the property is for storeroom addition to
commercial building.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr, Alan Aden, of Seminole Printers was present to discuss
his need for a 22' variance to increase the present non-
conforming building. Mr. Philips moved to grant the variance,
Mr. White seconded. Motion carried.

use of the property is addition to commercial building.

Mrs. Reynolds was present with a plan to show the Board
her plans and the need for a variance. Mr. Philips moved
to grant the 10' side yard variance. Mr. White seconded.
Motion carried.

455 Rosalia Ave.
The planned use of the property is a screen porch and carport
addition to residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant variance to within
10 ft. of lot line. Mr. Perkins seconded. Motion carried.

location 1902 French Ave. The planned use of the property is
addition to non - conforming residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

• Mr. Braceland explained the owner wishes to move into the
present residence and enlarge it, and in order to do so,
would need a variance of 11 ft. After discussion Mr. White
move to grant the variance, Mr. Philips seconded. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
