The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following
request:

City Hall
Sanford, Florida
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your con-
sideration in requesting variance in the zoning ordinance
as it pertains to side yard setback requirements on a corner
lot.
Legal description, Lot 6, Blk 15, Tier 3, Town of Sanford,
located at 1301 S. Park Ave.
The planned use of the property is addition to single family
dwelling.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

It was determined that because of the zoning of RC -1, a 25 -ft.
setback is required and the needed addition would require
building within 7 ft. of the north property line.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the variance,
Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
