Philips Others Present: Bill Braceland, Building Official The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the zoning ordinance as it pertains to side yard setback requirements in MR -2 zoned district, in N2 of Lot 3, Blk 11, Tr 6, Town of Sanford. • Being more specifically described as located at 908 Myrtle Ave. The planned use of the property is for addition to single - family residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Robert Rutledge, Owner Mrs. Rutledge was present and offered the following letter: To Whom It May Concern: This is to advise that I leve at 906 Myrtle Ave., Sanford, Florida, and I understand that Mr. R.E. Rutledge, 908 :Myrtle Ave., Sanford, Florida is planning to build on to his residence. This is to advise that it will in no way interfere with me or my family for Mr. Rutledge to build. Yours truly, Julia B. Zimmers Mrs. Rutledge said the other neighbor, Mrs. Rogers, is out of town, but had assured her she had no objection. 1;1r. Karns moved to grant the variance of 3 ft. on each side, with the stipulation that a letter be obtained from Mrs. Rogers before any building • is started. Mr. White seconded, motion carried.
