The Board of Adjustment met in special meeting to consider the
following request:

Gentlemen:
• I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to Side
yard setback requirements in SR1 -AA Zoned District.
Legal description Fort Mellon, 2nd Section, Lots 46, 47, and 48, lo-
cated at 408 Virginia Ave.
The planned use of the property is to replace existing free - standing
carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

The following letter was submitted from adjacent property owners.
Dear Chuck;
This is to let you know that my wife and I have no objection
for you to extend your present car -port as planned.
This letter written at your request, since we are adjacent
property owners to the south of your property line and your
car -port being extended on the north side of our property line.

After discussion, Mr. Blair moved to approve the 4 -ft. variance
since the existing structure is non - conforming. Mr. White seconded.

The planned use of the property is for a utility building.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Pochardo was present to represent the request, and offer a
drawing of the area with signatures of the neighbors, stating they
have no objection to the 11 -ft. variance needed.
• After discussion Mr. White moved to approve the request,
Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
