The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Sanford, FL
Gentlemen:
• I am submitting the following information for your
consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance
as it pertains to front yard setback requirements in RC -1
Zoned District. Legal description Lots 16, 17, 18 & 19, Blk 1,
Highland Park. Property location 2101 French Ave.
The planned use of the property is for an addition to commercial
building.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mrs. George E. Smith was present to represent the request, and
Mr. Braceland explained that a lft. 10 in. variance is needed
to comply with the proper setback. After deliberation, Mr. White
moved to grant the variance, Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
