The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following letter:

Sanford, Florida
Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your
consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance
as it pertains to sideyard setback requirements in SR1 -A
• zoned district.
Legal description N2 of Lot 84 and all Lot 85, amended plat
of Magnolia Hgts.
Property location: 1918 Locust Ave.
The planned use of the property is for bathroom addition to
single- family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: John L. Adams - Owner
It was determined that Mr. Adams needed a 9' variance in order
to meet the setback requirement, and he had the following letter
from the resident next door. Dated Dec. 2, 1976
"We have no objection to Mr. Adams building an addition on 1918
S. Locust Ave." Signed: Robert J. Smith - 1906 Locust Ave.
Elveda N. Smith - 1906 Locust Ave.
After discussion Mr. White moved to approve the variance,
Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
