The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.

Sanford, FL
Gentlemen,
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to rear yard
setback requirements in RC -1 zoned district.
Legal description: Lots 1 & 2, Blk 5, Palm Terrace, located at
• SE corner of E. 25th St. and Poinsetta Avenue.
The planned use of the property is for private office and storage
building.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. McAlexander was present to explain the intended use, and rep-
resent his request. To place the building according to his plan
a 5 -ft. variance would be needed. Mrs. Williams, 2513 Poinsetta
Ave. was present and said she had no objection.
After consideration, Mr. White moved to grant the variance,
Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
