The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.

Gentlemen,
• I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
front yard setback requirements in SR -1 zoned district.
Lot 42, S. Pinecrest, First Addition. Being more specifically located
at 2907 Park Ave.
The planned use of the property is to add a front porch to S/F res-
idence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mrs. Roane was present to speak in favor of the request, and
it was determined that a variance of 5' was needed for the porch.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant the request, Mr. Blair
seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
