Philips Others Present: Bill Braceland, Building Official The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request. The following letter was submitted for consideration. Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida Gentlemen: • I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to rear yard setback requirements in RI -1 zoned district. Legal description the W. 80' of the S. 133/3' of Blk 5, Tier 12, Town of Sanford, FL located on the NE corner of 4th St. and Poplar Ave. The planned use of the property is a commercial building - grocery store. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Roy W. Brantley, Owner 805 W. 3rd St. - Sanford, FL Mr. Roy Brantley was present and presented a letter from a contiguous property owner, as follows: To Whom It May Concern: Ref. NE corner of Poplar Ave. and Fourth Street We have no objection to a fifteen ft. variance to construct a new building on Poplar Avenue, which is contiguous to our yard. • Signed: B.
