The meeting was held at 11:30 A.M. to consider the following
request.
The following letter was submitted for consideration.

Sanford, Florida
• Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your con-
sideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as
it pertains to side yard setbacks and increase areaof non con-
forming existing use in GC -2 zoned district, E. 51' of Lots
8 and 11, Robinson's Survey. Property location 1700 W. 13th St.
The planned use of the property is addition to church.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

and explain the need for the variance. (9 ft. variance)
Mr. Karns moved to approve the request, Mr. White seconded.
