The Board of Adjustment met to review the following
request.
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your con-
sideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance
as it pertains to front yard setback requirements in SR -1
Zoned District.
• Legal Description: Lot 58, South Pinecrest, 2nd Addition
Property Location: 106 Westwood Ct.
The planned use of the property is an open carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
Signed: Mr. Robert M. Nicholas -Owner
Mr. Nicholas assured the Board he has the approval of the
neighbors, and showed plot plan showing the lot and the pro-
posed open carport. The board felt that due to the unusual
right of way involved the 23 ft variance was justified.
Mr. Karns moved to approve provided it is understood there
be absolutely no enclosure encroachment. Mr. Blair seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
