The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.

Gentlemen;
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
side yard setback requirements in GC -2 zoned district.
Legal description, Lots 1,2,6,7 & 8, Blk 6, 2nd section Dreamwold.
Located at 2553 Park Drive.
Planned use of the property is Automotive Machine Shop added to
existing commercial building. A variance of 4.5 feet is requested.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

There was no one in opposition.
Mr. Perkins moved to grant the request, Mr. White seconded. Motion
carried.
