The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request.
The following letter was submitted:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
rear yard setbacks. 13' 11" is needed.
Legal Description: Highland Park, Lot 14, Block 10
Property Location: 2215 Cordova Drive
The planned use of the property is for a screened patio.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
