The Board of Adjustment met in the Commission Room, City
Hall, Sanford, FL to consider the following letter:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your
consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance
as it pertains to rear yard setback requirements in MR -1
• zoned district.
Legal Description: Lot 46, Sanford Heights Addition
Property Location: 1708 Park Ave.
The planned use of the property is for a shed addition.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Philips moved to grant the variance, with the stipulation
that he move the roof line so that the water does not go over
the wall into the alley and be retained on his property.
Mr. White seconded. Motion carried. (4 ft. variance)
