The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your
consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance
as it pertains to side yard setback requirements in MR -2 zoned
district.
Legal description: Fellowship Addition, Lot 4, Blk C.
Property location: 411 Willow Ave.
The planned use of the property is for an open carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

It was determined that a 4' variance is needed for the above
request and the Board members felt the request was justified.
Mr. Blair moved to grant the request, Mr. Karns seconded.
Motion carried.
