Philips Others Present: John Steffens, Zoning Inspector The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request. The following letter was submitted: Board Of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida Gentlemen: 411 I am submitting the following information for your con- s ideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to sideyard setback requirements in SR1 -AA zoned district. Legal description: Lot 1, Rose Court Replat Property location: 2001 Grandview Ave., Sanford, FL The planned use of the property is to construct carport to house two vehicles. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Ralph E. McClelland, Owner It was determined that the need for the zero setback to the dripline of the roof for the proposed carport was in order and not out of proportion with the surrounding property.
