Board of Adjustment Special Meeting

The Board of Adjustment met to consider the following request:
The following information is submitted for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains
to residential fence height in PUD zoned district, Sanora
i South. More specifically described as located at Sanford Ave.
south of Sanora.
The planned use for the request is for a buffer fence between
new residential and commercial property.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
The request was for an 88" high fence and as the Ordinance
specifies 72 ", needed Board of Adjustment approval.
After discussion Mr. White moved to grant the variance, Mr. Blair
seconded. Motion carried.
