Board of Adjustment
October 14, 1975

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman to resolve
the business tabled from the Oct. 10th meeting which was re-
scheduled for lack of a quorum.
The following letter was submitted:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your con-
sideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as
it pertains to front and side yard setback requirements in
GC -2 Zoned District in Lot 5, Blk 4, Tr 9, Town of Sanford.
Being more specifically described as located at 218 S. French
Ave. Planned use of the property: Screen enclosure for Swimming
Pool Display.
Signed. Mr. William Smith, Owner
Mr. Smith was present to represent his request and explained
he needs the screen enclosure to protect his Pool Display from
debris. (22 ft. and 12 ft.)
After discussion Mr. Philips moved to grant the variance,
Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried.
