The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted to the Board for consideration:

Gentlemen.,
I am submitting the following information for your
consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it
• pertains to side yard setback requirements in SR -1 zoned district,
Lot 26, South Pinecrest, First Addition - 103 W. 30th St. Planned
use of the property for a free- standing carport.
Any consideration given this request will be ap-
preciated.

Mr. Stogner was present and had letters of permission from his
neighbors, stating they had no objection to his plan. a 62 ft.
variance was granted by the Board on general agreement.

I am submitting the following information for your
consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance
411 as it pertains to front yard setback requirements in GC -2 zoned
district in Lot 40 and N2 of Lot 41, Parkview, 2nd addition.
Being more specifically described as located at 2821 Palmetto
Ave. The planned use is for a closed garage.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. & Mrs. McClanahan were present to represent the request.
Mr. Braceland explained that a 6 ft variance is needed for this
request. Variance granted.by general agreement.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
