Larry Blair Garnett White Members Absent: Robert Karns Others Present: Bill Braceland, Building Official The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted to the Board for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen., I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it • pertains to side yard setback requirements in SR -1 zoned district, Lot 26, South Pinecrest, First Addition - 103 W. 30th St. Planned use of the property for a free- standing carport. Any consideration given this request will be ap- preciated. Signed: H. L. Stogner, Owner Mr. Stogner was present and had letters of permission from his neighbors, stating they had no objection to his plan. a 62 ft. variance was granted by the Board on general agreement. The following letter was submitted: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance 411 as it pertains to front yard setback requirements in GC -2 zoned district in Lot 40 and N2 of Lot 41, Parkview, 2nd addition. Being more specifically described as located at 2821 Palmetto Ave. The planned use is for a closed garage. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: A. A.
