The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted to the Board for consideration :

Sanford, FL
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your con-
sideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it
pertains to side yard setback requirements in SR1 -AA zoned district.
Lot 1, Mayfair, 121 Summerlin Ave. Planned use of the property
is addition to existing open utility building.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Blythe was present to represent the request. After discussion
there was a motion to grant the request by Mr.Karns , seconded by
Mr.Philips. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
