The meeting was called to order by Mr. Philips, in the absence of
the President.
The following letter was submitted to the Board for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration
in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to
front yard setback requirements in GC -2 zoned district. Lots 3 & 4,
less the W. 11 ft. of said lots, Block 7, Tier 9, 506 S. French Ave.
The planned use of the property is for an auto showroom.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Bales waslresent and the request was for a 10 ft. variance in
order to have an open Auto Showroom Canopy for storing autos under
cover.
Mr. White moved to grant the request, second by Mr. Blair. Motion
carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
