Philips Members Absent: Garnett White Others Present: Bill Braceland, Building Official Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Fl. 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consider- ation in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to sideyard setback requirements in SR -1AA zoned district in Lot 8, Mayfair, First Addition. Being more specifically described as located at 907 Scott Avenue. Planned use of the property is for a carport. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Harold E.
