Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consider-
ation in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains
to sideyard setback requirements in SR -1AA zoned district in Lot 8,
Mayfair, First Addition. Being more specifically described as
located at 907 Scott Avenue. Planned use of the property is for
a carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Karns moved to grant a 5 variance for an open carport;
Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
