Philips Others Present: Bill Braceland, Building Official The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: 410 I am submitting the following information for your con- s ideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to front yard setback requirements in MR -2 zoned district in the north 60' of Lots 6 & 7, Tier 4, Block 9, E. R. Traffords Map. Being more specifically described as located North of 719 S. Oak Ave. The planned use of the property is for residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Harold M. Christensen Owner - 612 S. Park Ave. #3 Sanford, FL 32771 Mr. Christensen explained he needed a 13' variance, in order to be in line with the existing houses in the block. Being more specifically described �' as located at 814 Escambia Dr. Planned use of the property is screened porch enclosure. A letter from the resident of 816 Es- cambia Dr. stating there was no objection, accompanied the request. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Mary F. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your con - e sideration in requesting variance in the zoning ordinance as it pertains to rear -yard setback requirements in SR -1A zoned district. Lot 22.& S. 25' of Lot 21, less the W. 7' of said property, Block 12, Bel -Air, being more specifically described as located at 1406 E. 24th St. Planned use of the property an addition of porch to Single - Family residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: J. Lester Seel, Owner 1406 E. 24th St. Sanford, FL 32771 A 14' variance needed for this addition. After reviewing the requests, the members were in agreement that each one was reasonable, and would improve the property involved. Mr. White moved to grant all three requests, Mr. Blair seconded.
