Philips Others Present: Bill Braceland, Building Official Al Payne, Building Inspector The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side yard setback requirements in SR -1A Zoned District. Being more specifically described as located at 2010 Cordova Drive. The planned use of the property is addition of carport. Signed: Al Payne, Owner 2010 Cordova Dr. Sanford, FL 32771 The applicant, Mr. Al Payne, was present to request a 7' variance needed to put a carport on the side of his property. and had a letter from a neighbor stating there was no ob- jection. Mr. White moved to grant the variance, Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried. The next letter submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida 411 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to side yard setback requirements in GC -2 Board of Adjustment Special Meeting March 21, 1975 Zoned District. Being more specifically described as Lot 4, 1 Block 11, Tier A, E.R. Trafford's Map, at 920 Cypress > P� YP ress Ave. The planned use of the property is for an addition to St. John Baptist Church. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
