The following letter was submitted for consideration:
Board of Adjustment

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your
consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance
as it pertains to side yard setback requirements in SR -1A
Zoned District.
Being more specifically described as located at 2010 Cordova
Drive.
The planned use of the property is addition of carport.

The applicant, Mr. Al Payne, was present to request a 7'
variance needed to put a carport on the side of his property.
and had a letter from a neighbor stating there was no ob-
jection. Mr. White moved to grant the variance, Mr. Blair
seconded. Motion carried.

Baptist Church.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After consideration of the property in question a 5' 4" variance
is needed for the planned addition. Mr. White moved to grant
the variance, Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
