The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your
consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as
it pertains to Corner Lot Yard setback requirements in RC -1 Zoned
District. Being more specifically described as located at 24th
Place, between French Avenue and Maple Avenue.

Mr. Thomas and Roger Stewart, D.D.S. were present to explain that
the variance of 14' is needed for a Dental Office Building. The
Building Official had told them they should use the most westerly
entrance as the "in" drive, and a site plan must be approved. The
variance was needed to allow a drive -thru entrance for wheel chair
patients. There was no opposition.
Mr. White moved to grant the variance, Mr. Karns seconded. Motion
carried.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
