The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was presented for consideration:

411 Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your
consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance
as it pertains to Corner Yard setback requirements in SR -1
zoned district in Lot 1, Block B, Country Club Manor, Unit I.
Being more specifically described as located at 106 Country
Club Circle. Purpose is an addition to dwelling.

Mr. Capps was present and the Building Official explained
the applicant wants to add 10 ft. to his house, which will
require a 5 -ft. variance from the zoning ordinance. Mr.
Braceland said the addition will not decrease the traffic
visibility and recommended the request be granted.
Motion to grant the request by Mr. White, second by Mr. Blair,
motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
