The Board of Adjustment met in special session in the City Hall
at 11:30 A.M. on November 1, 1974.

John Steffens, Building Inspector
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Mr. John Krider, Agent for Sanford Atlantic Bank, submitted
• the following letter for consideration.

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your
consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance
as it pertains to front and rear yard setback requirements
in GC -2 Zoned District. Legal: Lots 5,6,7,8,9 & 10 Amended
Plat of Orange Heights Pb 4, Pg 84 Less row for state Rd
15 & 600. Property Location : east side of French Avenue
between 15th and 18th streets. The planned use if the
property is remote bank facility. Any consideration given
this request will be appreciated.

Mr. John Krider was present to explain reason for variance and
presented plans . After some discussion Mr. Perkins made the
motion to approve a 19' front variance and 9' rear variance
on site plan as amended and seconded by Mr. Philips. Mr. White
abstained, motion carried. No one appeared in opposition.
There being no further business, the meeting was ad'• ned.
