BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Chairman Perkins called the meeting into executive session
and the reading of the minutes was waived to avoid furthur
delay.
The only item on the agenda was a request of variance by Mr.
Jones M. Gill of 422 Palmetto Avenue, of the front yard set-
", back to allow porch construction with an eleven foot setback,
the neighboring houses are similiar.
Mr. Cooper Jr., Building Official stated that Mr. Gill is a
veteran and draws a pension, and that this is more or less a
hardship case.
Mr. Perkins moved to grant the variance, seconded by Mr. Karns,
and duly carried.
There being no furthur business the meeting was adjourned.
