The Chairman called the meeting to order.
The following letter was submitted to the Board for
consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information
for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning
Ordinance as it pertains to Article XII, Section 4, Item 2
rear yard setback requirements in a C -2, General Commercial
Zoned District. An 8' 8" rearyard Setback Variance is
requested.
Legal description being Lots 6,7,8,9,10 of
Block 2, Tier 7, in E. R. Traffords Map of the Town of
Sanford, Florida as recorded in Plat Book 1, pages 56
thru 64 of the public records of Seminole County, Florida.
Property located between Laurel and Elm Avenue at First
Street ( on the North side of First St.)
The planned use of the property is for a
Tellers drive -up facility.
Any consideration given this request will
be appreciated.

After consideration and on motion of Mr. Julian it was moved
that this meeting be adjourned until January 13, 1972 and
action be tabled until after the public hearing to be held
on January 10, 1972 by the City Commission to determine the
closing of Elm Avenue from First Street to south right -of-
way line of Commercial Street.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
