Risner, Building Official . The Chairman called the meeting to order. The following letter was submitted to the Board for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall II I Sanford, Florida Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to Article XII, Section 4, Item 2 rear yard setback requirements in a C -2, General Commercial Zoned District. An 8' 8" rearyard Setback Variance is requested. Legal description being Lots 6,7,8,9,10 of Block 2, Tier 7, in E. R. Traffords Map of the Town of Sanford, Florida as recorded in Plat Book 1, pages 56 thru 64 of the public records of Seminole County, Florida. Property located between Laurel and Elm Avenue at First Street ( on the North side of First St.) The planned use of the property is for a Tellers drive -up facility. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
