Strickland Others Present: L.J. Risner, Building Official Kermit Wallstedt, Building Inspector Chairman Perkins called the meeting to order. Ther letter of request for variance was submitted to the Board as follows. Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordiance as it pertains to Off- Street Parking Article XVII, Section 2, paragraph A, Apartment and Apartment Hotel requirements. We will furnish minium of 1 space per two units -total 100 units. Property location is Third to Fifth Streets; Chapman to Locust Avenue. The planned use of the property is Multiple 410 Family Dwelling, Redding Gardens. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Gordon L. Bradley Exec. Director & Owner Board of Adjustment August 27, 1970 Page 2 A general discussion followed and as the ingress and egress seemed to be the main question in the variance. They con- sidered the age of the occupant and the angle in which the cars would be entering and leaving the traffic flow on Locust and Chapman Avenue. Mr. Karns moved that the matter be tabled until such time as Mr. Burton and Mr. Bradley could discuss a change. Seconded by Mr. Philips, voting unanimous.
