Risner, Building Official Kermit Wallstedt, Building Inspector Mr. Stephen Murin The meeting was called to order by Chairman Perkins and reading of the minutes were waived to avoid delay in the meeting. • The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, Florida Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to a 2' variance in the side yard to an existing non- compliance building line set back in a R -3 Multiple Family Dwelling Zoned District. Legal description being Lot 2, (less the W 5' for street R/W and less east 9' reserved for public alley of Block D, revised plat of Markham Park Heights, property location being 101 E. 17th Street, Sanford, Florida. The planned use of the property is residential purposes. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. (signed) Stephen Murin Board of Adjustment July 27, 1969 Page 2 Mr. Murin explained his request for this variance to the Board. At the present time an existing porch area was rotting away and would require tearing down completely, so in putting it back he requested a two foot variance in the side yard so as to make the room large enough to be comfortable. After discussion regarding this request it was deemed by the Board that the variance should be granted. Mr. Strickland moved that a 2' variance in the side yard at 101 E. 17th Street be granted, seconded by Ned Julian. Voting was unanimous and motion was carried.
