Philips Larry Blair Others Present: Bettie Sonnenberg The meeting was called to order at 11:35 a.m. by the Chairman, B.L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration • in requesting a various in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 216 Loch Low Drive Legal Description: Lot 12, Blk H, Hidden Lake, Unit 1 -D Zoning Classification: MP -A Setback Requirements: Rear Yard: 20 feet Variance Needed: Rear Yard: 8 feet The planned use of the property is to erect a family room. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Eugenia G. Rodriguez Mrs. Rodriguez was present to represent the request. She submitted approval from her neighbors. Mr. White moved to approve the 8 ft. rear yard variance. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried. Zoning Classification: GC -2 Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 feet Variance Needed: Front Yard: 4 feet The planned use of the property is to erect a canopy. After discussion among the Board, Mr. White moved to approve the request. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Mr. Blair opposed. Motion carried.
